Randomize Hot Springs

  • The "Hot Spring" at the bottom of Godhome no longer hard requires Swim. Instead it can be logically reached with claw and c dash. This fixes an issue with RandoPlus "No Swim" option. (Thanks to Blossom for suggesting the logic change)
