Historical OHLCV Candle Data API - How to fetch 1 year data?

Hi Kotak Neo Team,

I'm using the Kotak Neo Trade API for algo trading.
I need historical OHLCV candle data for backtesting.

I tried this endpoint:
GET {baseUrl}/charts/v1/scrip/history
Getting 503 error.

Questions:

1. Is historical candle data available in the API?
2. What is the correct endpoint and parameters?
3. What timeframes are supported? (1min, 5min, 15min, 1day)
4. How many days/years of data is available?
5. Is there any additional subscription required?

Exchange: NSE
Symbols: NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, Stocks
