1 First Quarry

For the first step, creating Solid Fuel Quarry is good. This quarry works with fuel such as coal. The goal in this step is to collect 9 diamonds and some ores to create Workbench Plus. The resources quarry gets are inserted to chests next to quarry.

2 Create QuarryPlus Items

You can create many items added by this mod with Workbench Plus. More than 20 recipes can be found in JEI.

I recommend you to get 3 Marker Plus to select area where quarry digs. With this marker, quarry can dig max 256x256(blocks) area.

Next step is to get faster quarry, QuarryPlus. Solid quarry is slow, can't have enchantments and attachments. QuarryPlus will be a way to get resources with Fortune or Silktouch. To craft this, you need more diamonds and ender pearl. The solid quarry collects diamond instead of you, so your work is to get pearls.

3 QuarryPlus

The second generation mining machine, QuarryPlus, is available. It can be enchanted by EnchantMover and machine digs blocks with the enchantment. You can get Diamond Ore with silktouch or many Diamonds with Fortune. The Efficiency makes the work faster. The Unbreaking will reduce energy quarry consumes. Instead of solid fuel, quarry requires FE (or RF, EU, MJ...) to work. The items quarry gets will be pushed to inventory next to quarry.

You may have seen fluid blocks(Water and Lava) weren't removed during quarry work. The Pump Module will resolve this problem. Right click quarry to open GUI, then put modules into slots, and quarry work with the modules. Pump Module removes fluids in area quarry working and push fluids to a tank next to the quarry. Exp Pump Module collects exp orb in area and from some ores like Coal Ore and Redstone Ore. Right click with Exp Pump Module to get exp in the module. More modules are used to expand quarry work.
