FIXED: Wrong error message displayed on icon delete failure
FIXED: Unhandled exception when trying to change the icon of a button whose old icon was deleted
IMPROVEMENT: Added better support for backslashes and double-quotes in Command and Arguments fields. Previously, backslashes were replaced with forward-slashes and double-quotes were automatically removed. This is no longer the case.
