Models v1: MiniLM multilingual sentence encoder

CoreML build of sentence-transformers/paraphrase-multilingual-MiniLM-L12-v2 (int8, mean-pooled + L2-normalized, seq 128, 384-d) plus its XLM-R tokenizer. Downloaded on first use by the app for cross-lingual paragraph alignment. Apache-2.0 (model). Generated by tools/convert_minilm_to_coreml.py.
