RuleBlast 2.4.0 — Progressive disclosure

Git shows the instruction edit. This release names the files that inherit it — then lets you go one layer deeper only when you need to.

  • Explain PROOF — source chain from the same result
  • Companion Status Bar follows the active file

--json stays canonical. No fifth action. No dashboard. No model call.
