RuleBlast 2.4.5

Packed CLI --help and --version stay off the analysis graph. The packaged case verifies once. Gemini prepare reads instruction files and followed imports. MCP diff uses the same overlay pair as the CLI and accepts detail. Companion Show Detail renders the last result without a fifth action.
