Lands websocket request correlation, the REST route/catalog seams, the frontend test gate, the scene-colour owner stack and the cellbuilder capability seam, and folds PRs #337, #342, #339, #341 and #340 with their review fixes.

• feat: Genie workspace (gnx) export, and in-process plugin listing without a queue (#345)

Folds #336 (list the plugins this process registered when there is no queue) and #343 (procedural model exports as a Genie workspace, gnx) into one release.
