Highlights

  • Named views are available in the Layer Matrix and preserve visibility, print, active, lock, snap, and glue settings.
  • Sheet tabs can be renamed, reordered by drag and drop, or deleted individually and in groups through the context menu.
  • Added support for Visio drawings (.vsdx, .vsdm, .vsd), templates (.vstx, .vstm, .vst), and stencils (.vssx, .vssm, .vss).
  • Sheet ordering, renaming, deletion, and named-view state persist in saved Visio XML packages.
  • Added canonical URLs, page descriptions, social metadata, SoftwareApplication structured data, and sitemap generation.

Portable builds

Each archive contains a self-contained vsdxeditor.html and launcher:

  • Windows: unzip and run Open VSDX Editor.bat
  • Linux: unzip and run ./open-vsdxeditor.sh

All document processing remains local to the browser.
