Acheron 1.8.0

Delayed Release, the previous one already includes the changes to Exclusion Logic. In particular, the main content change from 1.7 (Nexus Release) and 1.8 (this one) is that exclusion has been fully reworked, and now supports conditional logic. Additionally, the native exclusions have now been moved into an external config file. So if you, dear user, feel like the pre defined exclusions are too strict, you can now easily edit and/or remove them.
