Self-install verified from a fresh GitHub clone: bootstrap.bat builds
launcher + watchdog into launcher/ and the first app version into
run/first (0 warnings / 0 errors), sets run/current.txt, creates
QwenPlayground.lnk.

Highlights in this release:
- Code-audit sweep: grep include-filter normalization, browser network
  log real method, MemoryLayerPipeline L1/L2 double-placement fix,
  QwenChatTemplate render-mutation fix, narrowed bare catches, dead
  TokenCounter marked.
- Session selector now syncs after restoring the last opened session
  on startup (was stuck on "main").
- Open-source docs (README, docs/CONCEPTS, docs/LLM-SETUP,
  docs/CONTRIBUTING) and English external/README.
