Machine Party Mod Loader v1

Machine Party Mod Loader v1.0.0 — first release.

Loads mods for Machine Party as loose folders in a mods/ folder — no repacking the game's .pck.
Simple drop-in install: place MachinePartyModLoader.exe next to Machine Party.exe, run it once, and launch the game normally from Steam.
Built-in debug console — press the backtick (`) key in-game to confirm the loader is active.
Ships with a console example mod showing the expected folder structure.

Override hooks fixed (needed for directional movement overrides in the new FPV mod being made)

Virus flags reduced 4 to 1, only flagged for Winatac (due to no signature, not something i can fix unfortunately)
