Liquid-dl + Subscriptions

Liquid-dl now supports subscriptions to multiple video services which fixes #11 Therefore since this is an non production release we have introduced some smaller past breaking changes such as url route changes and implementation of the using the sqlite db going foward. ReadMe will be updated accordingly. Small changes have been made to the CSS to not make it as horrible when accessing from mobile.
