macOS: open the .dmg and drag KuberNation to Applications, then
launch it. It's signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so
Gatekeeper clears it on first launch — no xattr workaround needed.
Windows: the binary is unsigned, so SmartScreen may warn on first
launch — choose "More info ▸ Run anyway".
