This PR adds Persian (Farsi) language support to the messenger counter application by introducing a new translation file with all required localization strings.

Farsi.pycontaining 58 translation keys for all UI elements - All translation keys match the established naming convention (TITLE_*) used across other language files
- Translations cover complete application UI including settings, statistics, sorting, and navigation elements

Detailed Changes
Farsi.pyTITLE_APP_NAME,TITLE_SAVE,TITLE_STATISTICS) now have their Persian equivalents.
