The first release of the fork under its own name, its own icon and its own application id.

New

• Mellow is its own app. New name, new icon, and its own application id (app.mellow.browser), so it installs beside WebLibre instead of over it and never touches WebLibre's update channel.
• Signed with a real release key rather than a development one, which is what makes every future release installable as an update.

From upstream

• Nothing new taken this cycle: WebLibre has two commits since the fork base (v0.30.0-alpha-11, 2026-09-10), both touching files this fork rewrote.
• Zen's sync contract: checked at 787f9c5e, engine version 3, unchanged.

Notes

• Upgrading from an earlier build installed from dist/ requires uninstalling it first — the signing certificate changed, and Android refuses an update across that. Your spaces come back from Zen sync; extensions need reinstalling.
• This build has not been verified on a device. It builds, the suite is green, and nobody has run it.
