This source-available, read-only diagnostic package helps AI clients analyze user-provided Bitcoin mining evidence without taking control of mining equipment.

What it can analyze

The package is designed for evidence such as:

Evidence-grounded diagnostics

The troubleshooting methodology explicitly separates:

what would change the conclusion

Unknown values are not silently treated as zero, and scanner success is not treated as proof of healthy hashing or pool authorization.

Read-only safety boundary

This release does not perform equipment-control actions.

It does not:

reboot or reset miners
change pools or wallets
flash firmware
tune voltage or performance settings
change static network configuration
switch PDUs or breakers
perform curtailment
execute arbitrary state-changing shell commands

Public demo suite

The repository includes five synthetic fleet-scale diagnostic scenarios representing 21,470 primary miner/case records, plus longitudinal repair-history events.

The demos are synthetic and are intended for evaluation, testing, and integration work.
