WIP Release of New Kuwait Sector Files - OKAC

Fixes:

  • [AFV] Adjusted the transceivers
  • [AFV] Updated positions on AFV with the new ICAO (OKKK).

Changes:

  • [NAVDATA] Updated AIRAC to 2412.
  • [SETTINGS-SYMBOLOGY] Revised ACC symbology to more accurately reflect real-life colors
  • [PROFILES] Updated Login Profiles
  • [PLUGINS] Retired Routechecker plugin
  • [PLUGINS] Updated TopSky to the latest beta version
  • [PLUGINS] Upgraded GRPlugin to the latest beta version
  • [PLUGINS] Updated DiscordEuroscope plugin
  • [TOPSKY/MAPS] ASRs/Sectors are now drawn exclusively through TopSky Maps, rather than .sct. All elements, including dynamic STAR maps and sectors, are now drawn through TopSky Maps
  • [TOPSKY/SETTINGS] Updated TopSky settings
  • [GRPLUGIN/MAPS] The GMC Layout is now drawn through the Ground Radar plugin
  • [GRPLUGIN/SETTINGS] Updated GRPlugin settings
