Notepad

Adds a notepad as a widget. Thank you to @SamGrayson for your work on this!

The width, location and title of the widget is configurable

Translations

Added project to Codeberg's Weblate instance, since I haven't been doing a great job of keeping up on putting new strings in the Translations discussions page, I put it on this weblate instance to hopefully allow for translations to be better updated when new strings are added. Please no AI/ML/LLM translations.
