Finishes the Android TV artwork fix, and removes the last traces of the old app name.

The app icon turned out to be built from a padded copy of the artwork — a dark border baked into the image itself, so the logo only filled about half its frame. Every icon has been rebuilt from the original border-free art and now fills the frame properly, at the larger sizes televisions require. The TV banner now ships at all five screen densities so it's sharp on every set.

Three places the old KwickFlix name could still appear are gone:

  • The exit confirmation asked "Are you sure you want to close KwickFlix?" — it now names the app you're actually using.
  • The recording notification's description in Android settings.
  • New recordings save under Documents/KwickPlayer/Recordings. Your existing recordings still play — they just remain in the old folder.

Installing keeps all your profiles, favourites, and history.
