Kinocut 1.12.0

What agents can do now

  • Still/plate editor on MCP, CLI, and Python client: still_match, still_grade, still_gate, image_edit, still_package — package sequence match, ordered grade, fail-closed cohesion gate, receipts (docs/STILL_PLATES.md).

What got safer

  • Intent on image_edit is audit metadata only (intent_policy=metadata_only); paid gen stays off by default; signal-mode extrema metrics no longer treat empty bands as 0.0.
  • Runtime pin mcp>=1.27.0,<2 so clean installs stay on FastMCP-compatible MCP Python SDK 1.x.
