Patch on 1.14.0 so the latest release commit is Lint-green. Same 196 MCP / 167 CLI.

  1. What agents can do now — Same 1.14.0 360 dual-cam assembly from a stitched equirect MP4. No new MCP name.
  2. What got safer — _handle_cancellation is NoReturn, so GitHub pyright type-checks the rescue cancel path.
  3. Compat — mcp-video==1.6.10 installs kinocut==1.14.1.
