studio v0.5.0

A project desk for non-code work — writing projects, content channels, small businesses, guided tours. The same folder skeleton every time, plus four helpers to shape and ship.

Helpers

• studio:new-project — scaffold the skeleton + interview you for the brief (the north star: audience, tone, voice, goals, and what one finished piece looks like).
• studio:scope — shape a fast first version (MVP), one version at a time: set a time budget (appetite), name the risky unknowns (rabbit holes), and triage every item include / defer / split / risk-first.
• studio:next-piece — develop the next deliverable end to end, adapted to its format (a script, a chapter, a tour, an issue, a marketing piece) — never assumed to be a podcast episode.
• studio:project-desk — the day-to-day: what's due this week, the calendar, the backlog, and a plain-language decision log.

Docked business-track mode

For a code product (managed by jig/servo) that needs a go-to-market or marketing plan, studio docks a business-only slice inside the existing repo instead of forking a parallel project — reusing the repo's vision doc as the brief, and running the two-rhythm model (product launches once; marketing ships on a cadence).
