Desktop recovery and tunnel reliability

  • Restore setup and recovery renderer loading. Register the restricted relai-app:// protocol on each custom Electron session before loading its window, and surface renderer load failures in runtime diagnostics instead of leaving a blank recovery window.
  • Make managed ngrok startup diagnostics deterministic. Request logfmt info output explicitly, record preparation and startup events, and keep the displayed launch command aligned with the actual managed process.

Cross-platform desktop releases

  • Add Linux desktop packages. Build and verify x64 AppImage and DEB artifacts with the platform-specific bundled ngrok binary, executable checks, package-size policy, updater metadata, and AppImage update support.
  • Publish one combined Windows and Linux release. Split release builds by operating system, verify each packaged application independently, combine the artifacts for checksums, attestations, and GitHub publication, and expand CI coverage for both platforms.

Bump root/electron/status UI/lockfiles to 0.23.1.
