Linux release and connector reliability

  • Complete Linux release packaging. Configure the Chromium SUID sandbox in CI, provide DEB maintainer metadata, use canonical x64 artifact names, and ignore electron-builder diagnostic YAML while promoting only the required AppImage, DEB, and updater metadata.
  • Accept ChatGPT dynamic registration metadata. Default an omitted OAuth application_type to web while continuing to reject unsupported explicit values.
  • Keep setup controls reachable on Linux. Make the setup wizard resizable and maximizable, enable vertical scrolling, and size it from actual wizard content instead of the viewport scroll height.
  • Synchronize release contracts. Keep plugin metadata, runtime assertions, cross-platform verification, and release-bump fixtures aligned with the application version and artifact workflow.

Bump root/electron/plugin/status UI/lockfiles to 0.23.2.
