Implement Context Optimizations & Update Publisher Name

Overview

This PR introduces two major improvements to the VS Code extension:

  1. Gitignore-based context filtering for more efficient context gathering
  2. Render optimizations to reduce unnecessary UI updates
Additionally, it updates the package publisher name to align with our organization branding.

Key Changes

1. Gitignore Context Filtering

  • New GitignoreFilter Class

    • Custom implementation of .gitignore pattern matching
    • Supports both Windows and Unix-style paths
    • Always excludes .git directory by default
    • Provides methods for both single and bulk path filtering
  • Enhanced Context Gathering

    • Integrated GitignoreFilter into context gathering process
    • Improved type safety with proper TypeScript assertions
    • Added custom combineLatestWithTypes for better Observable handling
    • Fixed issues with RemoteRepo interface and auth status types

2. Render Optimizations

  • Chat View Improvements

    • Implemented useMemo for expensive computations
    • Added proper dependency arrays to useEffect hooks
    • Optimized state updates to prevent unnecessary re-renders
    • Improved handling of chat message updates
  • WebviewView Enhancements

    • Reduced unnecessary state updates in chat components
    • Optimized message list rendering
    • Improved scroll position management
    • Enhanced message grouping logic

3. Package Updates

  • Changed publisher name from 'kynlos' to 'CommunityCody'
  • Updated package metadata to reflect organization branding
