- (fixed) Test for collision conditions other than "tags only". Shouldn't be able to
- literally teleport into things anymore.

- Added settings back into the mix. The player can now control the following parameters:
- Default tag icon, Default tag text, Snap scale, Teleport radius
- Add Teleport Collision Radius setting for upcoming feature changes

Todo:
- Hot buttons for favorites 0-9 in top gui. Switchable by settings
- Ctrl + # for favorites
- Editor for favorites
