Fix Details

Previously, importing a wallet only showed transactions with unspent outputs (UTXOs). Fully spent transactions were invisible because:

\scantxoutset\ only returns current UTXOs
\searchrawtransactions\ / \getaddresstxids\ require node-side address indexing

The new fallback scans blocks via \getblock\ (verbosity 2) to find all transactions involving the wallet address.
