Kurdyuk Lite — a charter-driven product-development framework for Claude Code. Six gated phases (Brief → Charter → Spec → Plan → Implement → Final Review) with a numbered Charter at the center.

First public release: MIT-licensed, de-internalized, with full GitHub community standards + an llms.txt for agents.
