- This PR for larpandoracontent v05_07_00 supports the introduction of a new tool in LArRecoND called RockMuonTaggingTool. This tool is derived from CosmicRayTaggingTool, and requires access to parent class attributes. As such, relevant attributes have been promoted from private to protected visibility.
- This PR also contains updates to the Coverity workflow.

- This PR for larpandora v10_07_00 adds support for applying optional normalisation to shower energy tools (original commit history PandoraPFAOrg/larpandora#36).

- Add support for spack. Make it possible for batch jobs to set up their run time environment using either spack or ups.
Bug fixes

- Change shoot() to fire() to fix a seeding bug
- Apparently poisson.shoot calls a static CLHEP generator rather than the instance one. The fix is simply to repalce shoot with fire .

- Renaming fNextADCThreshold parameter name in the HitFinderTools.fcl file to the correct NextADCThreshold parameter name
