修复 / Fix

• dual-role-workflow 去掉了所有和交接文档有关的内容。之前那句"阶段结束时更新交接文档"会让模型一被调用就去写交接文档。现在技能正文不再提交接，你没要求，它就不会写。
  dual-role-workflow no longer mentions handoff documents at all. A line asking to "update the handoff doc at the end of each phase" made the model write one as soon as the skill was invoked. Now it only happens if you ask.

装了软件的：在"连接"页更新技能。只装技能的：用新的压缩包重新运行 node installer/install.mjs。两种都会先备份。
App users: update the skills on the Connections page. Skills-only users: rerun node installer/install.mjs from the new zip. Both back up first.
