改动 / Changes

• 精简两个技能的正文。codex-dispatch 去掉了 agent 用不上的配置和软件细节（配置文件位置、取值优先级、环境变量名、少用的选项等），从 91 行减到 71 行；派发、跟进、验收的做法不变。dual-role-workflow 删掉了一段重复的说明。
  Trimmed both skills. codex-dispatch drops config and app details the agent never needs (file locations, precedence, env var names, rarely used options), going from 91 to 71 lines; how it dispatches, follows up and reviews is unchanged. dual-role-workflow loses one duplicated paragraph.

装了软件的：在"连接"页更新技能。只装技能的：用新的压缩包重新运行 node installer/install.mjs。两种都会先备份。
App users: update the skills on the Connections page. Skills-only users: rerun node installer/install.mjs from the new zip. Both back up first.
