• 派发失败时显示原因。* 以前 Codex 一启动就退出（比如当前目录不是 git 仓库）时，原因只留在原始日志里，进度和派发输出里只有 exit=1，派活的 agent 常常找不到原因，就自己把活干了。现在原因会写进进度、监控软件和派发输出；不是 git 仓库时另给一句中文提示。
  Dispatch failures now show the reason.* When Codex exited right away (for example outside a git repository), the reason only reached the raw log, so the dispatching agent saw just exit=1 and often did the work itself. The reason now appears in the progress log, the app and the dispatch output, with a hint when the folder isn't a git repository.
• codex-dispatch：写明 Codex 只在 git 仓库里运行；派发失败时把原因告诉用户，由用户决定下一步。
  codex-dispatch: states that Codex runs only inside a git repository, and that on failure the agent reports the reason and lets you decide.
• dual-role-workflow：你明确要交给 Codex 的工作，直接派。

• README：写明要在项目目录（git 仓库）里用，技能只在 Claude Code（含桌面端的 Code 页）里生效，装好后新开会话。

装了软件的：在"连接"页更新技能。只装技能的：用新的压缩包重新运行 node installer/install.mjs。两种都会先备份。
App users: update the skills on the Connections page. Skills-only users: rerun node installer/install.mjs from the new zip. Both back up first.
