• 交互多的应用，界面层归设计负责人。 dual-role-workflow 不再让 Codex 照 HTML 原型在产品里重写界面（每重写一遍都走样，同一套界面要做三遍）。改为原型直接写在产品的界面代码里，接假数据层，在浏览器预览里迭代；Codex 只做数据、命令和后端，两边以设计负责人先定好的共享类型和命令定义对接。界面要的新数据先由设计负责人写进假数据层，Codex 改真接口时同步更新假服务和假数据层。
  For interaction-heavy apps, the UI layer belongs to the design lead. dual-role-workflow no longer has Codex rewrite an HTML prototype inside the product (each rewrite drifts, and the same UI ends up built three times). The prototype is written directly in the product's UI code against a fake data layer and iterated in a browser preview; Codex only does data, commands and the backend, meeting the UI at shared type and command definitions that the design lead defines first. New data the UI needs goes into the fake data layer first; when Codex changes the real interface it updates the fake service and fake data layer to match.
• 多个设计负责人同时干活。 新增一节：每人一个独立目录（或 worktree）和自己的分支，事先划清文件归属，交接写成仓库里的文件，提交前看当前分支、推送后核对远端。
  Several design leads at once. New section: one directory (or worktree) and branch each, file ownership agreed up front, handoffs written as files in the repo, check the current branch before committing and the remote after pushing.
• 任务说明和测试。 原型大改过的部分写"以原型或现有实现为准重写"，不再只列差别；范围写死。本地假服务复刻真实服务的校验规则；收费或账号接口发版前做一次小额实测，清单和预算先给用户确认。"验收怎么写"补上：断言只守关键流程的最终状态、数据安全和权限边界，视觉和动效不写断言，本机只跑相关测试分类，全套交给 CI。
  Task specs and tests. Heavily reworked parts are specced as "rewrite to match the prototype or current implementation" instead of a list of differences; scope is fixed. Local fake services mirror the real service's validation rules; paid or account-related APIs get one small real test before release, with the checklist and budget confirmed by the user first. "How to write acceptance checks" now says: assertions guard only the end state of key flows, data safety and permission boundaries; no assertions for visuals or motion; run only the relevant test categories locally and leave the full suite to CI.

装了软件的：在"连接"页更新技能。只装技能的：用新的压缩包重新运行 node installer/install.mjs。两种都会先备份。
App users: update the skills on the Connections page. Skills-only users: rerun node installer/install.mjs from the new zip. Both back up first.
