FailTrace 1.4.1 includes the full license notices for its five reviewed runtime dependencies, including the saxes notice absent from its npm archive and the MCP SDK's licensing transition terms. The README links to a dedicated notice index. CLI, Core and MCP behavior is unchanged.

Notice coverage, contents and package inclusion are checked in CI and installed-package validation. This release also includes the updated README walkthrough images.

Install: npm install --global failtrace@1.4.1

The attached compiled package and SHA256SUMS support installation from the GitHub release as well.
