Summary:

• qBittorrent is pinned to the intended /downloads runtime path
• ExpressVPN and qBittorrent runtime health behavior has been verified and corrected
• wrapper commands, config sync, CI, and repository hygiene were tightened across the final cleanup passes
• the repository is now in maintenance mode; future changes should be limited to break-fix, security, dependency, or documentation updates

Operational guidance:

• use the wrapper script in scripts/torrents-stack.ps1 for normal lifecycle commands
• keep .env local and untracked
• use the releases page and README as the stable reference point going forward
