v3.14.1: move to refactored firmware

I have updated the firmware in order to mimic the final system where the DATA path and slow control live on the Bittware while the TRIG path lives on the APx. This mimicry is achieved by having all of the TRIG path processing occur within the trigpath firmware block, meaning the decoding of the TRIG lpGBT needed to be moved from the standardLpGBTpair block to the trigpath block. #459 updates the software to move the TRIG optical link access accordingly.

🚨 ⚠️ This requires a firmware update. I did not attempt to write the software in a firmware-backwards-compatible manner. I could look at making that patch in the future, but I'd rather push everyone on ZCU+LpGBT test stands onto the new firmware and give feedback on issues.
