Ironwood milestone (NU6.3)

First CLI release with Ironwood pool support on testnet:

  • V3 note scan/decrypt — IronwoodDomain indexing and pool-aware spendable notes
  • Turnstile migration — nozy ironwood migrate / scheduled Orchard → Ironwood migration
  • Post-activation sends — normal shielded sends route to Ironwood (V6 PCZT); testnet smoke validated
  • Witness repair — auto-rescan when cached Ironwood witnesses are empty
  • NU6.3 deps — librustzcash git pins + .cargo/config.toml (zcash_unstable=nu6.3)

Requires zebrad NU6.3-capable RPC and lightwalletd on the same network. See docs/reference/IRONWOOD_WALLET_READINESS.md.
