SILO v0.5.9 — Burn cue and locale polish

Highlights

• Adds a visible 🔥 cue to every Burn control, including batch, prompt, and direct-conversation actions.
• Follows the current Codex host language automatically; no in-panel language selector is required.
• Completes the English UI pass across conversations, files, history, running tasks, settings, quota, and reset prediction.
• Redesigns the quota indicator as a compact card with one clear label, percentage, and progress bar.
• Keeps user-authored task titles, messages, file contents, and prompts in their original language.
• Preserves responsive layouts with no horizontal overflow in the verified 390 px narrow-window case.
