SILO v0.6.2 — macOS quota layout fix

Fix

• Prevents the quota label and percentage from overlapping under macOS SF Pro / SF Mono rendering.
• Uses a short visible Quota label while preserving the full accessible description.
• Gives the percentage a dedicated non-shrinking grid track and clips only the label when space is exceptionally constrained.
• Applies the same fix to silo-cn, silo-en, and silo-mac.

Verification

• 56/56 automated tests passed
• UI structural check passed
• Desktop smoke test passed
• macOS user-agent rendering checked in Chinese at 1280x720 and English at 980x700
