Initial Rust release of MatriXpost.

Published crates: matrixpost-core, matrixpost-cli, matrixpostd, and matrixpost-mcp.

Validation: Linux workspace/package checks and native macOS/Windows desktop compilation passed in GitHub Actions. Linux amd64 Tauri bundle was generated and inspected locally; macOS/Windows bundle and runtime verification were not performed. Platform automation remains explicit local opt-in and has no authenticated live-platform acceptance evidence.
