Open in Editor — Dev Mode Fix

• "Open in Editor" previously failed silently in dev mode because Pyloid IPC wasn't available
• Now detects when Pyloid is unavailable and falls back to vscode://file/{path}:{line} URI scheme, opening VS Code directly from the browser

Taskbar Icon

• Added 256x256 PNG icon (generated from existing SVG) so the app shows a proper icon in the system taskbar instead of a blank/default one

Method & Field Detail Improvements

• Full method signatures: Methods now display returnType methodName(Type param1, Type param2) with clickable type links instead of empty methodName()
• Method docstrings: Docstrings are now serialized from the backend and displayed as truncated italic text below method signatures
• Annotation badges: @Annotation badges (amber) are rendered above methods and fields that have them
• Added AnnotationInfo type and optional docstring/annotations fields to MethodInfo and FieldInfo TypeScript types
