Added

• Async output pipeline: all root-logger appenders are wrapped into a Log4j2 AsyncAppender (enabled by default) — console/file I/O runs on a background thread, the logging thread only pays the enqueue cost. Queue size, overflow policy and shutdown timeout are fully configurable.

Fixed

• A single invalid regex (e.g. unbalanced parentheses) used to crash config loading; it is now skipped safely — a WARN goes to the log and an in-game chat warning appears when you enter a world. All other rules keep working.
