Tracker sync — this epic's one open checkbox is implemented on master. Leaving it open rather than closing it, for one reason stated at the bottom.

Kubernetes app deployments shipped across #219–#226, #233, #237, #241 and #245. At 408ccf8:

• lnvps_operator/src/app_deployments.rs reconciles deployments into a cluster; lnvps_operator/Cargo.toml:25-26 pulls kube 1.1.0 (runtime, derive) and k8s-openapi 0.25.0.
• Customer ordering and lifecycle (App Deployments (3b): customer ordering + lifecycle #223), operator reconcile (App Deployments (4b/N): operator reconcile into Kubernetes #220), per-service resources, footprint and namespace accounting (App Deployments (4c-i): per-service resources + footprint + namespace quota #221, App Deployments (4c-ii): cluster capacity accounting + footprint #222), config-file mounts (App Deployments (4a+): config-file mounts via files: #219), per-deployment resource multiplier (feat(apps): per-deployment resource multiplier for upgrades #233), deployable regions (Expose deployable regions per app (#225) #226), catalog category + SEO overrides (feat(apps): required category + optional SEO overrides on catalog apps #241), tags (feat(apps): many-to-many tags for the app catalog, with filter and facets #245).
• 140 e2e tests pass at cbcd23a/574c02d.

LXC stays struck through as decided.

Why it stays open: on 2026-07-26 Kieran said apps deployments are still in testing — that they spawn is not yet confirmed in an environment anyone has signed off. Closing an epic on "the code is merged" is the mistake this tracker sync exists to catch, and none of it is deployed. Close it when a deployment is observed spawning, not before.

Two things that block the first real app on this path, both filed today and neither in this epic: #243 (secrets cannot declare a byte length, so a 32-byte key is unreachable) and #244 (no way to bootstrap state before a service starts). The Buzz relay example in #242 documents both as prerequisites.
