Windows is updated to 0.1.4 and includes:

• Intellaflow Setup 0.1.4.msi
• Intellaflow Setup 0.1.4.zip
• latest.yml + blockmap metadata for electron-updater

Compatibility note: GitHub Actions billing is currently blocking the cross-platform release workflow, so the Mac and Linux assets attached here are the existing 0.1.3 installers to keep public download links working. The app-side update prompt only appears when a versioned 0.1.4 asset exists for the user's platform, so this release prompts Windows users only until Mac/Linux 0.1.4 assets are built.
