Modification of completeness threshold

I modified the completeness threshold and re-ran the notebook to verify functionality.

Key Changes:

• Applied the completeness threshold to both r and g bands.
• Enforced saturation at bright ends: completeness is 1-padded up to m=16, with m<16 objects excluded.
• Use magnitude limit map as coverage map to match the Nside​ of the magnitude limit map, ensuring consistent pixel indexing.
• Change magnitude limitation (clipping) to a maximum limit of 30, and added those bounds as an option.
