First public release. Ink2Task is a Supernote plugin that turns a handwritten checklist into real tasks in Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, or Todoist -- and keeps them in sync in both directions.

Highlights

  • Check off tasks by hand -- draw a check, tap the on-page SYNC button, done.
  • Write new tasks straight onto the page -- no keyboard needed.
  • Handwrite due dates -- 12/25, Dec 25, tomorrow, weekdays, with a time of day on Apple Reminders and Todoist.
  • Lasso capture from any note -- select handwriting anywhere in your notebooks and turn it into a task, with a link back to where you wrote it.
  • Multiple lists, multiple backends, one note -- different pages of the same note can sync different lists, even different apps at once.
  • Priority flags and backend-order-following (Google Tasks/Todoist) so the list on your Supernote matches what you see in the app.
  • Three interchangeable backends: mac-server (Apple Reminders), google-tasks-server (Google Tasks), or talk to Todoist directly from the tablet with just a personal API token -- no server required. Copy your Todoist API token here: https://app.todoist.com/app/settings/integrations/developer

Install

  1. Download Ink2Task.snplg below.
  2. Set up one backend (see the README's "Choosing a backend").
  3. Copy the .snplg to your Supernote's MyStyle/ folder and install it: Settings > Apps > Plugins > Install.

Tested on the Supernote A5X.
