This release covers two versions' worth of work — 1.2.0 was built but never submitted,
so everything in it ships here too.

Recognition

• Tuned per writing system. Automatic mode finds the right language in fewer passes and
  tells you which one it picked, and version strings like v1.6.5 no longer come back mangled.
• Rotate a picture, or straighten a crooked photo in one click.

Files and batches

• Open PDFs the way you open pictures, and read them page by page.
• Batch recognition: open or drop a stack of files, or read a whole PDF, and save the
  results merged or one file per item.
• Save the recognized text straight to .txt or .md with Ctrl+S.

Getting text in and out

• History that survives a restart, and can be searched. Text only; clear it or switch it off.
• Clipboard watching: press Win+Shift+S and Glyfo reads the
  text out of the snip, leaving it on the clipboard. Off by default.
• Links, e-mail addresses and phone numbers found in the text get their own buttons.
• Find in the text with Ctrl+F, with a word and character count beside it.

Window and shortcuts

• Choose your own capture shortcuts instead of the built-in ones.
• The window opens at the size and position you left it.
• Pick a light or dark appearance, or follow Windows.

Windows 10 build 19041 or later, x64 and ARM64. Translation and the enhanced-accuracy
recognition model require a Copilot+ PC.

There is no standalone installer — the Store build is the signed and supported one. Build
it from source if you'd rather.
