HIP-3 multi-dex
HIP-3 markets are no longer assumed to live on tradeXYZ (xyz:*) only.

-Protocol identity is always {dex}:{COIN} (e.g. xyz:SNDK, io:ANTH)
-Enabled deployer dexs default to xyz,io via HIP3_ENABLED_DEXES / EXPO_PUBLIC_HIP3_ENABLED_DEXES
-Enabling a dex only subscribes/fetches that clearinghouse — it does not auto-list every market on that dex
-Catalog is still ASSET_METADATA. Set "dex" when the ticker is not on xyz so io:SNDK cannot replace Sandisk xyz:SNDK
-Shared helpers: backend/hip3_dexes.py, frontend/src/lib/hip3Dexes.ts. Listing checklist: docs/HL_BUILDER.md.

-Anthropic (io:ANTH) — EntropyIO pre-IPO perp (market-cap quote). Home + Pre-IPO badge. AI agents cannot select pre-IPO names.
