concept modloader put the d3d11.dll next to your minecraft (NOT PREVIEW) executable and then run minecraft, it'll give you the path to the mods folder in the console

make sure to install minecraft outside the windows apps folder or the console wont appear

also provided a simple 1.21.92 only sample mod you can put in the mods folder that zooms in when you press C
